At Pony Pal Stable, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every customer to love their new Pony Pal as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our Promise

If you’re not satisfied with your Pony Pal, please call us directly at 725-287-0915 or email us at office@ponypalstable.com.
We’ll discuss your situation and find the best solution — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or return.

We handle every return personally because we believe in taking care of our customers, not just processing transactions.

Return Guidelines

To ensure we can help as efficiently as possible, please note the following:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products should be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and parts.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

Once we’ve spoken with you and confirmed your return or exchange, we’ll provide instructions for sending the product back.  Please be advised that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  

Refunds

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is completed.

2. Warranty Coverage

Each Pony Pal ride-on pony comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

  • Structural defects in the metal frame

  • Faulty wheels, pedals, or moving components

  • Manufacturing issues affecting performance or safety

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by Pony Pal Stable

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or fading from sun exposure)

 

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email office@ponypalstable.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  2. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion.

 

3. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Be sure to keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.
