At Pony Pal Stable, we do our best to ensure your new ride-on pony arrives safely and on time!
Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect once your order is placed.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll notify you right away.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within the continental United States — check our homepage or product listings for details.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information.
You can use this link to follow your pony’s journey right to your door!

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at office@ponypalstable.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned for updates!

If you’d like to inquire about international delivery, please reach out before placing your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
